Transition Call
Purpose:
A check-in with the Implementation Specialist and and Campus Success Associate to prepare you for launch
Audience:
Core Implementation Team, Campus Success Associate, any users who have questions or loose ends to tie up
What to expect:
A 45-to-60-minute call with your Campus Success Associate and Implementation Specialist to go over any loose ends while you work towards a go-live date with your community. In this call, we will re-introduce the teams, review your Implementation Checklist to go over any unfinished items and answer any questions you have. Lastly, your CSA will work with you to determine your goals for the next 90 days to begin working on your customized campus plan.

We want you to leave this call with the tools you need to launch your platform and a clear plan of next steps. Your Campus Success Associate will be your primary contact moving forward and will work with you to schedule subsequent check-in calls.
